Backstage Production

• Tells models when to walk
• Tells models to line up 
• Talks in walkies to Dj and light crew for all needs ​

Back of house manager 

• Lines up all racks and coordinates in order
• Make mood boards with the model’s name, picture, and outfit (for the back of the house)
• Make tags with the model’s name on them
• Get hangers for clothes
• Get racks ​

Back of house assistant

• Helps house manager with name tags 
• Organize shoes by outfits and model
• Hang clothes appropriately (without creasing)
• Wear black

Front of house 

• Check-in for Guests of GA and VIP
• Check-in for Media & Press

Assistant 

• Find Designers 
• Find Sponsors
• Attend Casting Calls
• Print out VIP names ​

Stylists

• ​Supervise wardrobe assistants 
  
• Work with designers on how to style the clothing for the show 
•  Choose and coordinate outfits for models in the show
• Choose props and accessories and prepare them for the show
•  Responsible for the artistic style and direction of the show
• Source clothes and work with designers throughout the show

Wardrobe Assistants

• Helps the models backstage for outfit changes between scenes 
• Dress the models before the scenes 
• Wear black 
• Put accessories with outfits for models
• Steam outfits
• Sew or clip if an emergency is needed ​

VIP Greeter

• Walk VIP members to their assigned section and seat with their names on it 
• Do not let anyone else besides VIP sit front row 
• See if GA needs help finding seats as well to accommodate everyone. ​

Runners

• You will need mobile phones/earpieces if you are required to run errands during the show for hair, makeup, clothes, or media. ​

Hairstylists

• Responsible for giving models basic to advance hairstyles based on mood board/brief ​

Makeup Artists

• Responsible for giving models natural to complete glam looks based on mood board/brief
